FAQ: My password doesn't work!

Question: I can't login. My password isn't working!
Answer: Here are a few things to try:

  1.     Use the same username/password combination as you do for the Mars Hill Webmail system.
  2.     Make sure you use all lowercase for your username (ex: s0001122334)
  3.     Make sure your Caps Lock is off.
