If none of the FAQs on the main page, please consider the following avenues for support:

Students

If you're a student who is needing Moodle support, please contact your instructor. If you need additional support, fill out this form and submit a support request.

Faculty

If you're a faculty member, please visit the Moodle 101 for Faculty course for a wealth of resources. If you need additional help, fill out the support request form in that course.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to email moodleadmin@mhu.edu, or call 828.689.1195. Please do not call the ITS Helpdesk; they're busy enough as is!
