Question: I can't log in. My password isn't working!
Answer: Here are a few things to try:

  1. Do you have an MHU network account?
  2. Are you using the same username/password combination that you do for email?
  3. Is your caps lock on?
  4. Can you log in to Self-Service? If so, change your password there and try again; your passwords are out of sync.

If you still cannot log in and suspect you have forgotten your password, call 828.689.1444 to have your password reset.
