FAQ: My password doesn't work!
Completion requirements
Question: I can't log in. My password isn't working!
Answer: Here are a few things to try:
- Do you have an MHU network account?
- Are you using the same username/password combination that you do for email?
- Is your caps lock on?
- Can you log in to Self-Service? If so, change your password there and try again; your passwords are out of sync.
If you still cannot log in and suspect you have forgotten your password, call 828.689.1444 to have your password reset.
